Wagon is a snowflake’s chance in hell but sedan/liftback ? I might actually consider one used over a Tesla model 3 as my first foray into electric cars.

no, I don’t reflexively hate this “CUV” form factor.  Especially when this is kind of stretching the definition of SUV; it’s a slightly taller 5 door hatch.

It’s a hatch. I love hatches. They can call is a CUV or SUV or whatever, but you can’t fool me.

I may actually buy one.

I would hate it less...

But to me, they should have made variations of the Mustang long before jumping into the opposite side of everything the “mustang” was known to be.

For the past 25 years, the Mustang was only ever a 2 door fastback body style.

VW is supposed to be unveiling this wagon-looking concept this week at the LA Auto show. If they are unveiling it in the US maybe there is a chance it will be sold here.

I’m starting to get used to it, there are a few out there that are barely taller than a “normal” hatchback.

But that doesn’t make it right to call this a Mustang...

I dont like  tall sedans that are proportioned like CUVs.

I like tall sedans that look like sedans, like the Rolls Royce Phantom.
